Guernsey Government House

Queen's Nurses Luncheon

On Thursday 22 August, Lady Corder will host a luncheon at Government House for 7 of the Queen's Nurses and the QNI Chief Executive Dr Crystal Oldman CBE.

The Queen's Nurses Institute (QNI) was formed in the late 1880s to provide training for nurses and now has over 1,000 registered members nationwide.   The title "Queen's Nurse" is available to individual nurses who have demonstrated a high level of commitment to patient care and nursing practice and whilst it no longer provides training for nurses, the Institute offers professional support and development for its members.
