RDA/Aztec Cross Country

On Thursday 26th November Lady Corder, as Patron, attended a special mini cross country event organised by Riding for the Disabled Association ("RDA").  The event saw eight students from Le Murier School complete a challenging obstacle course either on foot or horseback.  The event's sponsor, Aztec, provided bright coloured rosettes which were presented to each successful walker or jockey.

Across their two sites at Le Carriere and Melrose Farm, the RDA is able to offer those with physical disabilities a platform to improve their confidence and movement.  The weekly sessions work closely with special needs schools and the physiotherapy department to identify individuals who would benefit from the experience.  You can find out more about the RDA on their website at: https://www.rda.gg/
